Food is Mood. All foods are moods.When you eat stuff, it gives you attitudes; certain moods about yourself. You think that you’re thinking, but in actuality, you’re creating consciousness while you eat. Everything you see, eat, smell, inhale: it’s all imbued with consciousness. In fact, if you stop breathing for six minutes, you lose consciousness. When you eat foods that are imbued with oxygen, you’re getting consciousness. You’re getting a transferring of the original, natural consciousness that keeps us all alive. So be healthy, eat healthy, think healthy.
